We have a collection of replicas of ancient English Bibles that we purchased from a museum. My wife, Phyllis, and I set them up in churches across the country for people to look through. I give a presentation on the history our English Bible. Included in this collection are the six Bibles that have their roots in the same manuscripts used by the translators of the A. V. 1611 Bible. 1. Tyndale New Testament – 1526 1st Edition 2. Coverdale Bible – 1535 1st Edition 3. Matthew’s Bible – 1539 1st Edition 4. A text reprint of the Great Bible – 1540 Edition 5. Geneva Bible – 1560 1st Edition 6. Bishops’ Bible – 1568 1st Edition, and 7. King James Bible – 1611 1st Edition. We have original Bible leafs from the 1500’s and 1611 and many more items as well.
